Educational Qualification: Minimum 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University/Board with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience Requirement:
Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of experience Experience should be in execution and supervision of civil construction or maintenance works in office buildings, commercial buildings, or residential complexes, including basic knowledge of RCC design, computer applications, and preparation of civil work tenders. OR Minimum 1-year Graduate Apprenticeship Training in a PSU. |

Educational Qualification: Minimum 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institute/University/Board with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a recognized University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). Experience Requirement:
Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of experience Experience should be in execution and supervision of electrical installations in large buildings/commercial buildings including HT/LT substations, central AC plants, lifts, UPS, DG sets, CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, etc. OR Minimum 1-year Graduate Apprenticeship Training in a PSU. |
